Multidisciplinary professional with a global mindset and international vocation. More than 15 years of experience driving innovation, value creation and wealth generation in the Basque Country; With an extensive knowledge of the business and the scientific-technological fabric. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to get to know first-hand and learn in some of the most vibrant and recognised global innovation ecosystems such as Boston, Silicon Valley, or Shanghai, and other closer ones such as Cambridge-London, Barcelona, or Malaga. A Fellow of the Basque American Leadership Program, an international leadership programme in the US aimed at young talents with high professional development potential; the experience, with stay and high-level meetings with the main stakeholders, think tanks, lobbies and most prestigious academic institutions in the country such as Havard, MIT, Georgetown or George Washington University, or CIC -Cambridge Innovation Center -, among others, has marked my career and professional vocation. Curious by nature, I speak six languages, I am passionate about music and I do not get tired of learning. A tireless traveler, I have traveled more than 30 countries in search of new experiences and opportunities. Impeccable, committed and creative. I continue to look for new professional and personal challenges; I think with passion, patience and perseverance nothing is impossible.
I was born in 86, I grew up with the albums of The Smiths and Talking Heads, and since I was little I get lost in the universe of books and stories. These were the reasons why, years later, I decided to study Journalism and I was fascinated by the universe of travel, cultures and traditions. It was also this desire that led me to study in Ljubljana (Slovenia) and to work in cinema in Santiago de Compostela (Spain).
In professional terms, and after a period of several years in journalism and television and cinema production, in 2013 I decided to change and leave my comfort zone. I trained in Entrepreneurship in Cultural Industries, in Video Capture and Editing and in Communication Strategies and became Communication Manager of Tec Labs, the incubator of the Faculty of Sciences of ULisboa, where my main functions were the management of social networks and online platforms, press relations, content and event production, video and image editing, as well as training in the areas of entrepreneurship, communication and design thinking.
More recently, I embraced the challenge of coordinating the same incubator after almost six years of evolution and learning in support of students, researchers and entrepreneurs with scientific and technological projects.
